Sean Dick
Sean has over 25 years of experience in the development of software and hardware solutions using varied technologies for a wide range of business areas. As Managing Director, he led the growth of Designer Technology and then Marshal Software through to a successful sale to NetIQ. Sean continues to thrive on the challenges of small to medium-sized business and the architecture of technical solutions using modern hardware and software tools.
Work Experience
- Software development and hardware design for Mainframes, Wintel networks, Voice systems and Unix.
- Several shrink-wrapped package developments as a sole trader as well as the successful Marshal Software company.
- Established and grew several companies from the ground up.
- Management of the Dealer Server Bureaux within the Ford Motor Company of New Zealand.
Personal Snapshot
Sean uses some of his spare time developing his interest in photography that today uses a great deal of his computing experience. Along with wife Sue they are developing their property as a retreat for use by care-givers and other people seeking some quiet time. His other interests include hi-fi, movies and fast motor vehicles.
Alan Wilkinson
Alan trained originally as a research chemist, converted to a university systems programmer, established his own consulting
company and with Sean Dick founded Designer Technology and Marshal Software which created the successful MailMarshal email
content protection package.

Personal Snapshot
Alan has wide interests which he pursues from his home in the Bay of Islands where he lives with his artist wife Pat. They include a small gallery, a landscaping business, a property development, a yacht and a dog, children and grandchildren in Auckland and Wellington and a frequent inclination to political commentary sometimes focused on the virtues of fast cars – an asset when commuting from Russell to Auckland.
Robin Skeggs
Robin is a very competent senior manager, who actively seeks challenges and has a record of success. He has performed an entrepreneurial business establishment role over the last four years, together with various corporate operational general management and chief financial officer roles over the last 16 years. His key strengths are the ability to lead and influence others, a drive to achieve results, commercial acumen and strong analytical skills.

Robin is married with two children, enjoys catching snapper off Mangawhai and is an advanced exponent of the art of philately. He also enjoys a good book and a good wine.
Leigh Roberts

Ray Delany
Ray Delany has over 26 years of experience in a range of different business environments. A change agent with a reputation for achieving high performance in organisations, he has been involved in executive management at strategic, operational and project level for over 15 years. During this time he has worked in private and public sector organisations and has been responsible for a number of nationally significant IT programs in the New Zealand health sector. Ray holds a Master of Management and a Diploma in Business from the University of Auckland, is a Fellow of the New Zealand Computer Society and is on the editorial board of the Healthcare & Informatics Review Online.
